Offline Mode Functionality

The Builterra app is available for use offline if no data or Wi-Fi connection is available. Some prerequisite steps will need to be taken to use the app offline.

While Online

• Login/Ensure you are logged in
• ‘Sync’ in the menu if there are any additions to the configuration (lookup lists, changes to the form etc.)
• Start the Parent form (tap create)
• Use the ‘Load Offline’ option in the menu

iOS	Android

While Offline

• Select the existing parent form
• Add Sub-Inspections

Returning to Online

• ‘Sync’ to send off any pending offline items
• View PDF for review

Using the above steps will allow users to seamlessly use the Builterra app without an internet connection. As long as the correct items have been loaded while the internet is available, inspectors can go into the field without internet and continue as normal. Once back online, syncing data will upload all offline items to the server.
