Why can't I see my inspection or project on the mobile app?

How to Sync on the Mobile App

If you can’t find a form or a project, sync the App to bring in all the active forms and projects that you have access to.


To Sync on the mobile app, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Builterra mobile app
2. On the Project/Form selection screen, tap on the menu button
3. Tap on the 'Sync/Sync Data' button

Syncing on the mobile app will update your phone's data from the Builterra web portal, and servers. Syncing on the mobile app can also be helpful if you are missing photos or data on the Builterra web portal.


The Builterra app holds data on your phone. If inspection data or photos are not updated correctly, syncing on the mobile app may send that missing information to the Builterra web portal.
