Inspection Portal Navigation

Welcome to the portal directory, where you will select the “Inspect” icon to proceed to the inspection portal.

When the Inspect option is selected in the portal directory, the project groups will appear on the left side of your screen, as shown in the image below. 

When the desired project group is selected using the drop-down menu (i.e. “Builterra Training Course Account”), the projects inside that group, along with their inspections and the locations of those inspections, will be displayed on the map. ,,

Selecting a project in the tree view (i.e “Inspection Road Resurfacing”) will prompt a list of Inspection Forms to appear in the tree view. (Selecting the Project will zoom to the location of that project on the map.)  i.e.

Once you have selected the desired inspection Form, the list of inspections will appear in the lower-left panel of the portal and a map showing associated inspections also appears. You may select any inspection entry that appears in that panel or on the map to get details, images, or PDFs of the collected inspection data—collected inspection data.Collected

Selecting an inspection from the panel in the lower-left corner will allow you to view the inspection data and allow the user to make changes to the inspection data using the “Yellow Pencil button”..”

Apart from editing or viewing the inspection information, you can also use the “Red Download PDF button” to download a report of the information stored in the inspection.

• Click on the 'Inspect' portal and view an inspection.
