Creating a new project

This article shows how you can review project documents added to the web portal on the mobile app. Projects documents can be downloaded and reviewed on the web portal and the mobile app by users with the required permissions.

How to add Project Documents on the web portal

1. Click on the Project portal button on the welcome page.

2. Select a project you wish to add documents to, and then click on the 'Docs' preview tab.

3. Click on the green plus button and select the document(s) you wish to add to the project.

4. With the files selected, click the 'Open' button.

Note: Users can only add PDF files as Project Documents. If you are trying to upload another file type(s), then use the 'Save as' feature and save a copy of the file as a PDF document.

How to view Project Documents on the mobile app - Outside of an inspection

1. Tap on the menu button, and then tap on 'Sync Data.'

2. Tap on the menu again and tap on the 'Files' button.

3. Tap on the 'Project' or 'Project Files' button

4. Tap on the document you wish to review on the app.

How to view Project Documents on the mobile app - During an inspection

1. Tap on the menu button, and then tap on 'Sync Data.'

2. Create a new or open an existing inspection.

iOS	Android

3. Tap on the menu button and tap on the 'Files' button.

Note: Android users will need to submit the parent form before seeing 'Files' as an option in the menu.

4. Tap on the 'Project' or 'Project Files' button

5. Tap on the document you wish to review on the app.
