What do 'Active' and In-active mean?
When a new project is created, the project will be marked as 'Active' by default. 'Active' projects will show in the projects list on the Builterra web portal, and the mobile app. When a project is completed you may want to mark the project as in-active so the project will not show in the project lists.
Note: In-active projects can also be seen on the Builterra web portal by turning off the filter.
How to mark a Project as In-active
1. Go into the 'Project' portal
2. Select a project by left-clicking on it, and then click the 'Red Pencil' button.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Edit Project' page, and click on the 'Active' checkbox.
4. Click the 'Save' button, to keep your changes.
5. That's it! Your project is now in-active.
