How to reset your own password
1. Go to the Builterra login page (https://portal.builterra.com/Account/Login)
2. Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ button
3. On the ‘Recover Password’ page, fill in the e-mail address you use to log into your Builterra account.
4. Click the checkbox next to the ‘I’m not a robot’ text, then click the ‘Recover’ button to receive an e-mail with a link included in the e-mail to reset your password.
6. Click the link within the e-mail that you will receive, then wait for your browser to open; once the page on the browser has said your password is reset, wait for another e-mail with your new temporary password.
Note: Temporary passwords will NOT work after 24~ hours, so it is highly recomended to follow the steps below.
- We highly recommend changing your password to something you will remember by logging into Builterra then going to the ‘Profile’ Portal.
- On the ‘Manage User Profile’ page, go to the ‘Security’ tab.
- Follow the steps listed in the image below:
Note: The 'Change password' button will not appear on the page until entering a 'Good' password into the 'New passowrd' fields.
A ‘Good’ password is based on length (generally 8-10 characters works best), quality (this means you cannot use common passwords like Password, qwerty, etc.), and the characters (letters or numbers) within the password.
