Creating a new project
Projects are a vital part of using Builterra as you need a project to do inspections, and tenders are always associated with a project. Think of projects like a container, or a bucket. The tender and inspections are the items, or liquid, that fill the bucket. Without the bucket, there is nowhere to associate the tender or inspections.
1. Click on the 'Project' portal
2. Hover your mouse over the 'Portal' menu, and then on 'Project'
3. Click on the 'New Project' button
4. Fill out the basic information about your project, then click on the 'Create' button
Note: Clicking on the 'Add' button will creat the project for you, and take you to the 'Edit Project' page immediately. Allowing you to add more detail to your project, however, you can also edit your project at a later date by selecting the project, and clicking the 'Red Pencil' button.
5. That's it! Your new project is now made and set to 'Active.'
Feel free to continue adding information to your project, like projections, external users, and 'Custom Details.'
